Meditation Art Class
It doesn’t matter if you’re an artist or not, this is about bringing you into the present moment creating from your heart center. Creating what you desire in this lifetime. Creating what you desire. Start in the center, this is you now begin to feel what it is you desire in this lifetime, then start to layer the picture with what it is you want to create. Make sure you are grounded so that we may create the lifestyle we desire, it does not reflect our past, or where we are currently. Let’s think about what we desire right now in this present moment for our future. Meditating is creating and listening to our inner selves. Meditating art is healing and envisioning ourselves in this art. We are creating a more joyful life, raising our vibration and letting the universe know that this is what we desire, I crave a new healthy, happy loving life. When we are creating or painting, we are at a higher vibration by releasing all that {life stuff} we are holding onto at the moment. Just being in the present moment and creating the life we desire. We can create a mandala or scenery of the woods, forest, mountain or beach. A mandala has been used in every culture or tradition since the beginning of time. It is a very powerful tool or symbol for creating or manifesting the life we want. Mandalas remind us daily to live in the real world, but we are creating the world we want to live in. The more focus our energy on our mandala or painting the more we create that energy. Energy flows where our focus goes.
