Guided imagery is a mind‑body relaxation technique where you intentionally create vivid, calming mental images to reduce stress, anxiety, pain, or other difficult sensations. It works by engaging your senses—sight, sound, touch, smell, and even taste—to shift your body into a calmer physiological state. Come relax, release and reset during a one-hour group guided imagery session. Class price $30. Pre-pay and 4 participants required.
