Students explore the energetic and physical properties of plants, learning how herbs support balance in body, mind, and spirit. Participants develop a deeper awareness of the natural world’s medicine—cultivating intuition, respect for the Earth, and an understanding of how plant allies can harmonize with personal well-being and spiritual growth.
