 The first book we will be reading and discussing is "the Gifts Beneath Your Anxiety" by Pat Longo. Pat is Theresa Caputo's mentor, a spiritual teacher and healer that offers insight into Anxiety and the connection to Intuition, as well as a journey through opening up our gifts through our own empowerment journey.
