Join me for a fresh take on a New Moon and Spiritual Development Circle. This Trauma-Aware, Open and Accepting Safe Space is a place where you can show up without Judgement, fear and condemnation.  This is a space where you can explore and cultivate your own unique spiritual gifts, plus deconstruct religious and cultural experiences. The only requirement for the circle is knowing there is more. The goal is to restore a sense of self and community, and challenge dominant religious, social and personal/familial narratives and beliefs. Each New Moon Circle we will talk about Intentions for the New Lunar Cycle ahead, and take away practices for the Month ahead. Each Month will feature a different topic, so open mindedness and willingness to explore is essential! In order for the class to make, we must have at least 4 people.
