We would scream loudly and laugh without worry of what anyone would think. When was the last time you did this? Can you remember? Your voice can set you free. Our voices were meant to heal our bodies. Making sounds can help with stress and illnesses. We live in a world that is moving fast and we hardly have time to just BE. Come, remember your earthly sound. Find yourself, the child that still wants to be heard. Find the adult who is afraid to be that person who is afraid to be heard and make some noise with me.
