We all have the power to create our desired reality, and this playful workshop will teach us how! Together we will explore the Law of Attraction (LOA) and learn various skills that will help us to manifest our dreams. Techniques such as affirmations, visualization and meditation will be used in a fun and light-hearted way to reprogram our subconscious and raise the vibration of our thoughts, feelings, words and actions so that we can attract more positive circumstances into our lives. Part of the workshop will focus on making a list of things that we want in life, which we will then use to test the skills and techniques.

Kristin's Bio:
Kristin’s journey into meditation and energy healing started over 15 years ago when she began exploring the connection between science and spirituality, and how these interconnections play out in the world and in our bodies. During her explorations, she gained her certifications in Reiki, the Bengston Energy Healing Method®, group facilitation, and meditation teacher training for children and adults. She also holds a Master Certification in Intuition Medicine® from the Academy of Intuition Medicine in Sausalito, CA. Kristin recently established Soulful Navigation, where she strives to bring mindfulness, meditation and energy healing into the lives of children and adults.
