Many of us are highly sensitive and we often find ourselves absorbing other people’s energy and feelings, which can lead to fatigue and dis-ease in our minds and bodies. In this class, we will discuss ways to strengthen our energetic boundaries, clear our energy field of other people’s energy, and explore ways to maintain compassion without taking negative energy into ourselves. A guided meditation will be the focus of this class where we will strengthen our grounding, establish our sacred space, and clear out negative energies.

Kristin's Bio:
Kristin’s journey into meditation and energy healing started over 15 years ago when she began exploring the connection between science and spirituality, and how these interconnections play out in the world and in our bodies. During her explorations, she gained her certifications in Reiki, the Bengston Energy Healing Method®, group facilitation, and meditation teacher training for children and adults. She also holds a Master Certification in Intuition Medicine® from the Academy of Intuition Medicine in Sausalito, CA. Kristin recently established Soulful Navigation, where she strives to bring mindfulness, meditation and energy healing into the lives of children and adults.
