Sound healing is the expression and direction of our own divine love through an audible tool. Sound and vibrational application truly has a place in every lightworker's tool belt.
We are all vibrational beings and natural healers, so it is important to maintain our own vibrational/energetic alignment.
It is also a wonderful gift to be able to support others with maintaining theirs! Vibrational healing can also be incorporated into any healing practice; be it Reiki, counseling, massage, chiropractic, or your own meditation practice. Divine flow is your guide.
In this group Joshua will share his experience of sound and vibrational healing to support understanding of the healing medium and tactile form of sound. He will illustrate how you can use sound to effect and support balance across the four bodies, and incorporate it into your own practice.

We will explore and experience different techniques of this, such as:
~toning with our voice
~hands on healing and energy work
~bowls
~tuning forks
~chimes
~and music frequencies

There will be the option to continue and further develop your experience on subsequent days if you choose. Please bring any sound tools you have so that these can be incorporated into your experience!
Following the class Joshua will use these techniques to give a group activation of our Pineal Gland, the "seat of the soul", where our spirit interfaces with the body.
