Thursday (6-7p) every week
Friday (6p-7p) (2nd & 4th Fri of month)
Saturday (11-12p) (1st & 3rd Sat of month)
*please monitor weekly schedule for class conflicts.


Regular $15/class or prepay $10
Bring a "new" friend for $5 anytime!
(Well-mannered children, age 8 and above--always welcome)

Each class will have a different primary focus, so no two classes will be alike. Relax in Savasana with healing sounds of Crystal Bowls and other instruments.
Please hydrate at least 30 minutes before class.
Come with a light stomach.
All Levels welcome (chairs available for non-floor persons).
